Swayta Murarka

Swayta Murarka is an award winning investment banker and a business leader. She is known for her Visionary leadership and strategic thinking and having set up and led various businesses to success. She is an All India Rank holder Chartered Accountant, with 18 years of experience in Investment Banking, Audit and Retail Banking across large organisations like HSBC, Goldman Sachs, PWC and ICICI.
She has been recognised through various industry awards, recently won Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All by WEF, All India Women Achiever’s award by Business Rankers publication house and D&I Industry Leader award by Community Business.
Swayta is passionate about equal opportunity and hence founded the first International branch of the Diversity network ‘Balance’ in HSBC and subsequently being nominated as a Global Co-Lead for the network. A passionate leader and a transformational coach / mentor for many aspiring women. Swayta is part of the WICCI and is the Funding Lead for the Accelerating Women Entrepreneurs program which will encourage and empower women in business , industry and commerce across all sectors and fields and promote financial inclusion for women via education and funding / lending advice.
